Ingredients for Mareng Cake with fruit

Fresh citronmelisse leaves
1canFrom canned peaches (ca. 540 g)
100gBlueberry
150gBlackberries
150gCoarsely chopped almonds
150gRaspberry
2.5tbspIcing sugar
250gSugar (about 3 cups)
4Egg whites
4tbspOrange liqueur
4dlWhipping cream 38%
50gBroken biscuits (about 2 cups)

Instructions for Mareng Cake with fruit

To prepare the Mareng Cake with fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the egg whites stiff. Add sugar and whip for approx. 2 min. Until the marble mix becomes cool. Gently turn almonds and biscuits in.
