To prepare the Marias Chokois recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip eggs and flourish well together. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool a little before mixing it into the egg yolk. Mix the chopped dark chocolate in. Whip the cream stiff and turn it in. Pour the "dough" into a mold and style it in the freezer.
