Freshly ground pepper

0.5tspFresh chopped thyme
1Chalotteløg, diced

4slicesFillet of beef (175 g)
4tbspRed wine marinade
5dlVegetable stock
500gPotatoes or asparagus-potato

Instructions for Marinated beef steaks

To prepare the Marinated beef steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:

Red wine marinade: mix the red wine with the other ingredients. Put the steaks on a plate and pour the marinade over. Let the steaks stand covered and cold about 24 hours. Turn them on and off.
