½bottleDry red wine
1dlOlive oil
1tspBlack peppercorns
100gWalnut kernels
1000gGreen beans
1500gBeef Tenderloin
2cloveGarlic
2tspDried Rosemary

Instructions for Marinated beef tenderloin

To prepare the Marinated beef tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

'S tenderloin for membranes and any tendons. Place it in a heavy plastic bag with dry red wine, olive oil, cut garlic, Rosemary and peppercorns. Put the bag in the refrigerator 4-6 hours and turn it a few times.
