1tbspJapanese soy sauce
1Small clove crushed garlic

1tspGrated fresh or 0.5 TSP. dried ground ginger

16Small bamboo grillspyd (soak in water for at least 20 minutes prior to use)

To prepare the Marinated chicken and vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the ingredients of marinade. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and put them in a plastic bag together with marinade. Let the meat marinate for 30-60 minutes and then put it on the griddle. Cut the vegetables into suitable pieces and put them on the griddle. Cover a frying pan with foil, put the spoons in it and brush them with marinade. Grill the spikes at high heat 250 degrees C for approx. 10 minutes. Flip the spiders a few times during the cooking time.

Tomato Sauce:
Chop the tomato sauce and chop it in the oil. Add the crushed garlic, simmer for a short while and pour the chopped tomatoes. Add the spices and let the sauce boil for 10-15 minutes. Serve the grill with rice and tomato sauce.
