The chicken fillet fillets are put in marinade of chopped coriander, soy, chili sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper in my 30 min. Before being grilled 3-5 min. on every side. The potatoes are rinsed, boiled and cooled. Fromage frais, lemon juice, cane sugar, salt, pepper and saffron are stirred together. The dressing becomes more yellow and gets stronger safransmag the longer it stands and pulls after it is touched. The potatoes are mixed in the dressing and served together with the grilled chicken pieces and a little broad parsley.
