Coarse salt
Oil for brushing
Pepper
Cane sugar
½-1Finely chopped fresh red chili
1tbspLemon juice
1Yellow bell peppers into small cubes
1largeCarrot in small cubes
1Red onion into thin both
1tbspButter
1Zucchini (Zucchini) into small cubes
125gMushroom in small cubes
2cloveMinced garlic
4tbspOlive oil
4Ham schnitzler of the inner thighs, 1 cm thick
8-10smallCocktail tomatoes into quarters

Instructions for Marinated hamburgers

To prepare the Marinated hamburgers recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the marinade to the meat. Dip the meat dry and place it in a plastic bag. Pour marinade and let it marinate for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator. Distribute the vegetables on 4 pieces of foil. Sprinkle a little sugar over. Put a stick of butter on top of each bowl of vegetables and spice with salt. Close the foil together. Grill the foil packages for approx. 5 minutes. Turn the parcels when half of the time has elapsed. There must still be bites in the vegetables.

Grill the meat approx. 2½ minutes on each side and season with salt and pepper.

Accessories: Grilled wheat Tortillas: Spread a thin layer of butter over the bread. Fold the bread into one crescent and grill them ½-1 minute on each side.
