Instructions for Marinated Kotelleter with peanut sauce

To prepare the Marinated Kotelleter with peanut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix soy sauce, crushed garlic, grated ginger, spices, sugar and sesame seeds in a bowl. Used fresh chilli, it must be finely chopped. Add the finely grated lime zest and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Flip kotelleterne in marinade and style them in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

For the sauce Sauté finely chopped onion, garlic and chili in oil in a pan for a few minutes. Add 2 dl water, peanutbutter, soy sauce and sugar. Boil the sauce through the stirring. Fry the marinated kotelleter on a hot grill pan or a regular frying pan on each side. EVS. can they fry just as they've got color and then place in a baking dish and then FRY them finished there. Best with a dish where falling lids for as kotelleterne else can become dry.
