1tbspWine vinegar
10pcsJuniper
2cloveGarlic
dlWhite wine
5Fresh Sage leaves
6tbspOlive oil

Chop rosemary, sage and parsley garlic finely. Crush the junk berries. Mix the herbs and juniper with olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Place the chops in an ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over. Let it pull for 2-3 hours. Twist the meat in the marinade.

Place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour the wine and let the dish stand for 45-60 minutes or until the wine layer is almost cooked and the meat is light brown.
