Ingredients for Marinated pork chop with spring onions and potatoes

Freshly ground pepper
Salt
Grapeseed Oil for frying
1cloveGarlic
1tbspGrape seed oil
1/2dlGood soy sauce
2smallBaking potatoes
2tbspSherry or wine vinegar
2Pork chops, approx. 400 g with legs
8Purified spring onions

Instructions for Marinated pork chop with spring onions and potatoes

To prepare the Marinated pork chop with spring onions and potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the marinade together, place the meat for 15 minutes at room temperature. Flip the meat once in a while.

Peel and chop the potatoes in uniform spell as for french fries, put them in cold water for 5 minutes, pick them up and dry them well. Shake the potatoes golden and crisp in hot oil, let them bake on a newspaper, sprinkle with a little salt.

Stir the chops (save the marinade) in a little oil on a pan, approx. 5 minutes on each side. Boil / steam the spring bulbs in a saucepan with a little lets salted water, three to four minutes. Pour the water off, add marinade from the meat and boil it with the onions.

Serve the marinade for the crispy potatoes and the marinated fried chops.
