250gRed salad, URf.eks. lollo rosso
250gTender spinach leaves or lettuce
3tbspBalsamic-vinegar
5tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Marinated potatoes I

To prepare the Marinated potatoes I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into 1 1/2 cm thick slices and boil them for approx. 2-3 min, until they are tender.

Pour the potato slices to drain in a sieve and let them cool off.

Rinse and grind spinach leaves and salad thoroughly.

Whip the ingredients into marinade together and turn the potato slices into it.

Put spinach and lettuce leaves on a dish - pick large leaves into smaller pieces - and put the potatoes on top. Pour marinade over, chop cornichones roughly and sprinkle them over.
