Cut garlic in fine tern. Stir it with lime juice, olive oil, sesame oil, thyme and baharat. Season the marinade with salt and pepper. Brush the salmon with marinade. Place it covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Mix the two kinds of sesame on a plate. Dip the salmon a little dry, cut it into pieces, turn them into sesame.

Place the fish pieces in an ovenproof dish. Bake them in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Decorate with lemon slices.
