250gSauté the slices of Pork fillet ½ cm thick

Chop the garlic finely and stir the marinade together. Turn the meat in the marinade. Style it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Boil the rice. Slice the carrots and parsley root into matchstick thin sticks and celery into thin slanting slices. Came the vegetables in boiling salted water and cook for 2 -3 minutes. Pour the water off.
