Fresh ginger (to taste)
Iceberg
Ruccola
1.5dlSweet white wine
1-2Fresh chili
1-2cloveGarlic
2dlCanola oil
300gTiger shrimp (preferably fresh from the fishmonger)

To prepare the Marinated tiger prawns on the salad bar recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a marinade of oil, grated ginger, chopped chilli and crushed garlic. Put the tiger rays in here. Let it take a couple of hours.

Heat a pan, but hold it on low heat. (About the middle of what you can see)
