Coriander
Oil for frying
1Lemon cut into slices
1tbspFresh chopped cilantro
1tbspFreshly ground black pepper
1Green bell pepper
1dlOlive oil
1Red bell pepper
1Squash
2tbspFresh chopped parsley
2Crushed garlic cloves
500gFresh tuna in one piece

To prepare the Marinated tuna with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix parsley, coriander, pepper, olive oil and garlic and turn the tuna in. Put it in a refractory dish, pour as much as possible. Rest the oil and put the lemon slices over. Cover with aloe oil and style the fish in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness. Remember, tuna may be slightly red in the middle. It must not be passed.
