Instructions for Marinated turkey breast

To prepare the Marinated turkey breast recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the turkey breast in a dish, poured into marinade, cover with film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Heat a frying pan with oil well up. Dip the turkey breast dry, rub it with salt and brown it on all sides. Pour marinade and water and leave the small spoon for 1 hour under the lid.

Take the steps and foam the grease of the cloud. Smooth with corn starch, stir in a little cold water, add whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.

Spiral salad with grapes:
The iceberg salad is cut, the grapes are cut into slices and the almonds chopped. The dressing is whipped together and poured over the ingredients to the salad and everything is mixed well.

Hasselback Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices, BUT NOT completely. (Make it easy by putting the peeled potato in a wooden pan before cutting). Grease a dish with a little oil and put the potatoes with the slices upwards. Crisp with salt, pepper and peppers.

Bake in the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour until the potatoes are light brown.
