To prepare the Marrow soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The soup is cooked in a specially glazed clay pot or porcelain pot, called a marmite. The beef meat is blanched and put into the soup, boiled half-tender, add chicken wings and herbs, blanched separately. The soup simmer by low heat until everything is tender.
