To prepare the Mathildepigen's dream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Caramel sauce poured into a bowl, covered with film and placed in the freezer approx. 45 min. In the serving glass, macrons are added and cognac or sherry poured over. Just before the dessert is served, take the caramel sauce up of the freezer and whip thick and foamy. The caramel sauce is spread over the macaroons and decorated with planed chocolate.
