½kgGround pork or Turkey meat
1canCoconut milk
100gSugar peas
1-2tspCurry paste
1-2Red onion
2Dried lime leaves

To prepare the Meatballs in thaikarry with cashew nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Form the meat to small meatballs approx. 32 pieces, brown them thoroughly in a little oil on a pan and put them aside.

Shake the curry paste in a little of the coconut milk until it starts to smell. Add meatballs, the rest of the coconut milk, gingerbread, red onion in both as well as cashew nuts and simmer for 6 minutes.

Cook the sugar peas, boil for another minute and taste with fish sauce and a little sugar.
