Instructions for Meatloaf with bacon and fruit

To prepare the Meatloaf with bacon and fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meatloaf: Stir the chopped meat with salt for meat is cool (about 1 min.). Came the onion, spices and eggs in. Tube milk in little by little. Stir the flour in at the end. Style forcemeat uncovered in the refrigerator for about ½ hour.

Meatloaf: Add forcemeat in an ovenproof dish (approx. 13 x 24 cm) and form it into a small loaf of bread. Put the remaining pieces of bacon on top. Insert the two fade into the potatoes after ½ hour and behind the Court finished, ca. 50 min.

Tips:
By serving: put the father's bread in a dish with edge and serve bacon and fruit around the "bread". Server the potatoes in another dish and sprinkle with salt. Tip: Stuffing can be used for meatballs. Add ½ TSP coarse salt further and rose 6 large meatballs in butter, approx. 6 min. on each side (12 min. in total).
