100gThinly sliced cooked ham
100gThinly sliced parma ham or other cured ham (not smoked)

To prepare the Melon with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:

Part melon and remove the cores. Share half the parts again, so they will be quartered. Del then each quarter into 3 boats. Carefully cut the shell away from the flesh and style 3 boats on each plate.
