100gSun-dried tomatoes
2tbspMayonaise
2tbspWine vinegar
500gBeans
500gPlaice fillets

Instructions for Melt plaice with bean salad

To prepare the Melt plaice with bean salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Nip or cut stalk of beans
Boil them in salted water about 4 min.

Pour them in the sieve and drop them off.
Put them at the bottom of a dish.

Come Mayo into a bowl and whip the vinegar in a little bit.
Chop the garlic nicely and come in the mayo. Taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the mayonnaise over the beans.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small strips and sprinkle over the beans.

Warm the oil in a pan and stir the fish at even heat until they are golden on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.




To courgette tzatziki: a gourgette

Greek dughurt
2 cloves of garlic
lemon
Salt pepper.

Tear a large zucchini roughly. Stir 4 dl Greek yoyghurt with garlic and juice of half a lemon. Taste with salt and pepper.
