The egg whip is whipped stiff. Half of the sugar is whipped in. The dough is whipped dense with vinegar. The rest of the sugar mixes well with cocoa, vanilla, chocolate and almonds. Mix the mixture at once. The dough is put on butterflour, milled plates put in preheated oven. Bagetid approx. 1 hour at 110 degrees with the oven door on the clamp. You can bake 2-3 sheets at once. When the cakes are loose on the plates, they are finished.
