To prepare the Meringue in different colors recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg whites are whipped stiff. 3 tsp. Sugar (1 for each egg white) is added and the sticky mass is whipped for 5 minutes. Carefully stir the rest of the sugar. (You can choose to keep them white, or pour a little fruit in it to give the color a beautiful color). Put the mass in a syringe with a spout (I usually use a fryepose as I cut a hole and then brush the stuff through. I do not have to clean the spray bag). Put small "blemishes on a baking sheet with baking paper and baking them with low heat, about 100 degrees Celsius oven for about 1 hour.

You can also use melted chocolate instead of fruit color, which is clearly recommended. :)
