To prepare the Meringue (white) recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg whites are whipped stiff in a fat-free bowl, with a greasy whipping cream.

Half of the sugar is drizzled while still whipping.

The vinegar is added. The marengsdejen is whipped again until it is dense and cool.

Mix the rest of the sugar with vanilla and add at once.

The plates are lubricated with butter and sprinkled with flour.

The dough is placed on top of the plate, with two teaspoons. Meringue is placed in preheated oven at 110 degrees, and dried with oven door at clamp approx. 1 hour until they loosen from the plate.

They are cooled on the grid and stored in tight cans.
