Ingredients for Mexican lasange

1Eggs
1canPeeled tomatoes
1canChopped green chili
1canJalapeno dean dip
1tspSalt
1Large chopped onions
1psTaco or chili spice mix
1pkgTaco shells or nachips
2dlCottage cheese
2tbspButter
4dlCoarsely grated cheese, if desired. Dutch gouda
500gMinced beef

Instructions for Mexican lasange

To prepare the Mexican lasange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté the meat in butter with onions. Add dean dip, krydderimis, peeled tomatoes, green chilies and salt. Let it simmer without lid in 10-15 min. Stir occasionally.

Stir in half of the grated cheese with cottage cheese in a bowl.

Fill 1/3 of meat mixture into a heat-proof platter. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the meat and place a layer nachips or pieces of taco shells. Repeat with another layer of meat, cheese mixture, and nachips or taco shells.

Advantage the rest of the meat and sprinkle some cheese over.

Sets assemble the lasagna in the oven for approx. 10 min at 250 degrees.

Before serving garnish his lasagna with was nachip or pieces of taco shells.

Serve with green salad.
