2.5dlSoy kakaomælk
200gSoy margarine
325gCane sugar
4Eggs
4tspBaking soda
4tspVaniliesukker
450gDenkelmel or wheat flour
60gCocoa

Instructions for Milk free cookie cake

To prepare the Milk free cookie cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip margarine and sugar until it crumbles. Whip the eggs in one at a time. Whip the mixture until it becomes light and airy. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and vanilla sugar together and turn it into the dough (sprinkle through a sieve) alternately with yogurt and cocoa milk.

Cover a frying pan (6x22x30) with baking soda and then pour the dough into it.
Pour the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Gently lift the cake out of the pan using the baking pan. Let it cool off on a grate.
