130gMaize from canned
150gMushrooms, sliced
150gShredded mozzarella
160gFinished purchased tomato sauce
4smallFinished bought pizza bottoms
410gArtichokes from canned, into quarters

Instructions for Mini pizzas

To prepare the Mini pizzas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 210 degrees. Brush 2 baking plates with oil or melted butter.

The oil is heated on a frying pan, and pepper, squash and mushrooms are sautéed for about 3 minutes. Let the vegetables cool off.

The pizza beans are lubricated with tomato sauce. Distribute the sauteed vegetables evenly with corn and artichokes. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Put them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bottoms are crisp.

Served immediately.
