Instructions for Mini rye bread

To prepare the Mini rye bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is fermented in malt beer.

Honey, oil, salt, rye flour and wheat flour are added. Keep some of the flour back. The dough is covered with a dish and extends for approx. 1½ hours.

The dough is well kneaded.

The dough is divided into 18 equal pieces, shaped into small elongated bread of approx. 8 cm.

Minirug bread is brushed with water and dipped in oatmeal. Minirug bread is laid on a baking sheet. The rye bread is covered with a dish and adds for approx. ½ hour.

The rye bread is baked for approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle oven pan.

Put the minced baked bread on a baker and cool.
