To prepare the Minibread with kernels and dried fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast into lukewarm water, add salt, sugar, wheat kernels and grahamsmel and let it stand for about 30 minutes.

Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, apricots and wheat flour and knead it into a uniform dough.
