To prepare the Minut steak with spice butter recipe, please follow these instructions:

Spice butter: stir all the ingredients of the spice butter well together. Roll it in plastic film to a sausage and put it in the refrigerator.

Spoon the meatballs with the palm of the hand, season with salt and pepper and brush them for a short while on a glow pan. The steaks must not be more than one minute in total. They must not dry, therefore the quality of the meat is important.
