3tbspVery strong coffee (possibly 3 TSP. instant coffee mixed with 3 TSP. water)
300gWheat flour
50gChopped almonds or nuts

Instructions for Moccakage (Amo)

To prepare the Moccakage (Amo) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the eggs one at a time, and eventually mixed in, and the whole wheat flour is stirred into a uniform mass.
