100gSoft butter
4dlMilk or 2 dl. milk and 2 dl. cream
480gWheat flour
5tspBaking soda

Instructions for Morgenscones

To prepare the Morgenscones recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Rub the butter with your fingers. Add milk and mix it to a dough without kneading. Roll the dough into small buns with meltered hands. Vibrate them in grassy squares. Put them on a plate of baking paper. Bake them at 225 at the center pillar approx. 15 min.
Server with cheese and jam.
