Instructions for Muffins - healthy

To prepare the Muffins - healthy recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip milk, syrup and eggs together in a bowl.

Mix rye flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, oatmeal and salt in a bowl. Then stir it all in the milk mixture and mix well.

Tear the carrots and stir them in the dough with raisins.

Distribute the dough into 12-15 muffin molds using a spoon. Bake at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven in the middle groove for approx. 12-15 minutes until they have color.
