Ingredients for Mulligatawny

1tbspLemon juice, freshly squeezed
1tspVery finely grated fresh ginger
1tbspFresh cilantro freshly chopped
1tspPressed garlic
1tspSalt according to taste
1tspGround coriander
1tspGround cumin
1.3-1.4tspCayenne pepper to taste
1.4lChicken broth
175gRed split lentils-washed and drained
200gChicken thighs-without skin & bones. cut into 1 cm cubes
3tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Mulligatawny

To prepare the Mulligatawny recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet or sauté pan over moderate heat grude. Add the ginger and garlic, and stir in 10 sec. Then add cumin, Coriander, Curry and Cayenne and stir again in 10 sec. came the chicken in and stir in 30 sec.
