Instructions for Mushroom pate

To prepare the Mushroom pate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the rice according to instructions on the package. Let them cool slightly.

Mix mushrooms, onions garlic and roughly chopped hazelnuts and thyme. Brown mushroom blend in browned butter in a large frying pan. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.

Add the rice, eggs, cream, salt and pepper, and stir "forcemeat" well together.

Fill it in a greased form, and behind the paté without lid in the middle of the oven.

Bake about 60 minutes at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
