Lemon juice
Minced parsley
1cloveGarlic pressed
1Large onion, diced
100gTurkey bacon or alm. Bacon, diced
2tbspWheat flour
250gMixed mushrooms into cubes/slices
5dlVegetable broth

Instructions for Mushroom soup

To prepare the Mushroom soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The bacon is shaken in a pan, add onion and garlic, fry until ready.

Then add the mushrooms. When the liquid is almost evaporated, add the flour, stirring well in this bowl until the flour is soaked with the fungus mixture.

Broth is added. The soup is boiled well with regular stirring for approx. 15 min.

Then add the milk and bring the soup to boiling point. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice (only a clue, do not be intrusive, try for example with 1 teaspoon in the first place). Finally add chopped parsley.

All mushrooms can be used - both mushrooms collected in nature (bivalve mushrooms, pork mushrooms, hats, dustballs, etc.) and cultivated mushrooms like mushrooms, oyster hats etc. The soup gets better, the more mushrooms it contains.
