1 1/2dlWater
1/2dlOil
2tspVinegar
250gSmall herring
3tbspHermes etas dryslet or 11/2 tsp hermes etas liquid
3tbspSugar free mustard

Instructions for Mustard III

To prepare the Mustard III recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the fillets into pieces or leave them whole. Mix water, apple vinegar and salt to make and pour it over the herring. Leave it cold for approx. 3 hours. To the sauce stir all the ingredients in the mustard in that order. Pour the sauce over the herring and leave it cold for approx. 1 day before serving.
