350gMinced beef
350gMozzarella cheese

500gMinced pork
500gRicotta cheese

Instructions for My Canadian Lasagna

To prepare the My Canadian Lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown beef and pork with onions and garlic in a deep saucepan. Mix the next 4 ingredients into. Then mix the basil, Italian spice, salt pepper and half of the parsley. Put on the lid and simmer for 1 1/2 hour (stirring in between). In the meantime stir the ricotta with the egg, a little salt and the rest of the parsley. Set the oven to 190 degrees.
In an ovenproof dish, grease butter, firstly, prepare a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of lasagne plates. On top of the first layer of plates, an even layer of ricotta mixture and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese are added. Continue with this procedure until there is no more meat sweat left. (Important that meat sauce is at the top). Load silver paper. Place it in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the silver paper, bring a little more mozzarella cheese upstairs and 25 minutes more.
