Finally came the Hare in a large dish which is lubricated quite a bit.

Now bring you the Hare in the oven. ½ hours on 225 degrees c. alm. oven. Between the time you must do the following.

The GRAVY: take a pot and pour 1 litre of whole milk up in, take 100 g butter and came down into the milk, turn on the hob and let the butter melt down manticora in milk. OBS!!! It can easily burn on. When the butter is melted add you salt and pepper to taste. Then 1 glass red currant jelly and a little sugar. Stir well in the sauce, add the meljævning and eventually suit.

Now Hare has been in the oven for ½ hour. Take it out and pour the gravy over it. ALL THE GRAVY THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE IN THE DISH. Set it in the oven again ½ hour at 160 degrees c. alm. oven.
