150gSugar (button 2 dl)
50-100gMarzipan desiccated coconut

Instructions for Niels cake

To prepare the Niels cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the whole egg and sow well together. Fling flour and baking soda with light hand and put the dough in a well-rounded spring shape, approx. 22 cm in diameter.

Peel the fruit, cut the bananas into slices and share the clementines and apples in both. Put the fruit in a nice pattern on the dough and spread the fried marcipan and a sprinkle of coconut flour. Pour a glass of port wine over.

Bake the cake at 175 degrees 40-50 min.
