The noodles are soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes. Chili, ginger and garlic blended with oil and roasted a bit in a large pot. The macerating noodles met on with carrots into strips and broccoli into small florets. Toasting with soy sauce for a few minutes (soy sauce should almost be gone). The chopped herbs met on with 1-2 tbsp. sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
