To prepare the Noodleschnitzler with oven vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the carrots into thick spells, leaf celery for approx. 4 cm long pieces and parsley in beams. Cut the garlic cloves into slices. Half the shallots. Bring vegetables, thyme, salt and pepper into an ovenproof dish and mix well with the melted butter.
