To prepare the Norwegian mustard can recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the rabbit into pieces of pieces. Roll the meat pieces into flour. Brown butter on a frying pan and brown pieces of meat in small portions at a time to make them brown. Put them in a saucepan. Mix broth, thyme and mustard and pour it over the meat. Put on the lid and simmer for approx. 30 minutes. Add the cream when 10 minutes of cooking time are missing. Taste the sauce well with salt and pepper.
