1tspBaking soda
1dlWhipped cream
125gSugar
200gSoft nougat
25gPotato flour
3Eggs
50gMelted and cooled butter
75gWheat flour

Instructions for Nougat roulade

To prepare the Nougat roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip eggs and sugar light and fluffy and stir the butter in with light hand. Sift flour and potato flour together with bagepulveret, so it it's all mixed well. Turn it gently in egg mixture. Wide dough out on a piece of wax paper about the size of a baking sheet. Bake roll bottom on next-lower Groove at 200 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Melt nougaten in a small pan over very low heat along with the cream. Remove it flared, as soon as the consistency is creamy. Wide nougat cream over the cold bottom and roll the roulade tightly together. Term with a thin layer of powdered sugar over.
