1Egg for brushing and oatmeal to sprinkle
1tbspSalt
1tbspSugar
150gGrovvalsede oatmeal
2dlA38
3dlWater
50gYeast
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Oatmealballs 06

To prepare the Oatmealballs 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour A38 and water into a bowl and dissolve the yeast. Add salt, sugar and egg.

First stir the oatmeal and afterwards the flour in the liquid and stir until it has a porridge-like consistency.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough raise a warm place for an hour.

Distribute the dough into 12 slices on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let the balls rise at room temperature for ½ hour.

Brush the balls with egg whipped egg and sprinkle oatmeal over. Bake the cups in an oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.


tips:
The balls get a little hard crust and are soft inside and can be used for almost everything. Suitable for freezing.
