Instructions for Oksefrikadeller and spicy bulgur

To prepare the Oksefrikadeller and spicy bulgur recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oksefrikadeller: Crush the casserole into a mortar or chop it. Stir the meat with salt and pepper for approx. 1 min. Add the cumin and other ingredients and stir well. Place it covered in the refrigerator like 1 hour.
Shape the fry portions a little big and put them on a baking sheet with baking paper, into the oven on warm air 190gr for 40 min

Spicy bulgur: Bring broth and juice into a saucepan in a thickened pot. Add bulgur, onion, cinnamon and salt. Boil the bulgur with low heat and under low for approx. 12 min. Take the pot off the heat and let the bulgur pull, still under low, for approx. 12 min. Bring the asparagus pieces into a bowl and pour them over boiling water. Leave asparagus for approx. 1 min. And then let them drip into a sieve. Turn asparagus, apricots and parsley into the bulgus and taste for.

At the serving: Put the spicy bulgur in a large hot dish and put the fry dishes on it.

Tip: Green asparagus can be replaced by spring onions, sugar peas or squash - in smaller pieces, or supplemented with.
