50gBeef, chopped roughly 16% fat

Instructions for Oksekødspiroger

To prepare the Oksekødspiroger recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Stir yeast and water together. Stir in margarine, salt, buttermilk into mixture. Knead flour into little by little.

Stuffing: melt margarine in a saucepan. Saute the meat in it. Add the grated carrot and onion, chopped tomato, as well as the rest of the ingredients and warm it through.

Portion dough into 2 or 4 buns, and roll them flat.

Put the flat buns on the plate before you come fill in.

Put stuffing in the middle of the dough balls, fold over and close the dough balls with a fork.

Brush pirogerne with buttermilk. Buns bake 225 degrees c. in alm. oven for about 15 minutes.
