Once it has cooled down, tell the rest of the waist thoroughly. (A good idea is to twist the last wad in a clean cloth, as the finished remoulade may otherwise become too thin). Then fill it with glass and close it. Rinse the glasses in boiling water with a little bit of Atamon ... .There will be about 1 kg of finished pickles.

Taste if Further to, and the homemade mayonnaise is done.

Pickles and mayonnaise mix as desired. Prefer even 2 thirds mayonnaise 1/3 Pickles.

If you want a better sandwich, you can add turmeric.

tips:
In the old days, when the summer was pouring out, the remains of the greenhouse's many tomatoes, cucumbers, and what else were grown was left over, so it was time to pick the raw vegetables and make use of the last. Yes, then nothing went to waste, so here's just one of my old mom's recipe for her excellent homemade Remoulade. Remoulade is basically equal to mayonnaise and finely chopped pickles ... ie Mustard pickled vegetables.
