To prepare the Omelet 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the whole eggs with water, salt, and pepper with a fork.

Melt the fat in the pan. Pour æggemasen on the forehead when the fat is golden. Stir in eight movements in egg mixture until it begins to stiffen.

Fade the heat. Loosen omeletten along the edge. Shake the pan a little back and forth, so you can feel that omeletten is loose. Otherwise you have to gently lift the bit from the forehead, and push a small dollop of fat underneath.
